20 Smoothies Worth Getting Up For
Twenty recipes built for a portable blender. Every one is sized for a single cup, takes about thirty seconds, and leaves you one thing to wash. Read them here, or take the printable version with you.
Three rules that fix almost everything
- Soft and leafy things first, frozen and hard things on top, liquid last.
- Never fill past the max line. A blender needs air to pull the food down.
- Rinse it the moment you finish drinking. Water, one drop of soap, one short blend, done.
