Use your YuZuBlend for a month. Take it to work, to the gym, on a trip. If it does not earn its place in your bag, send it back and we will refund you in full.
How it works
- Email cardenascohutta@gmail.com within 30 days of your order arriving. Include your order number and a sentence about what went wrong.
- We reply with return instructions. Do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
- Once the blender arrives back with us and has been checked, we approve the refund to your original payment method.
What we ask
- The blender comes back in the condition you received it, with its packaging where possible.
- You contact us inside the 30-day window.
If something arrives broken
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item? Email us with your order number and a couple of photos. We sort that out directly, and you keep your shipping costs.
