Refund & Return Policy

At YuZuBlend, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The item should be returned with its original packaging when possible.

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, contact us at cardenascohutta@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send your item back before contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions for the return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at cardenascohutta@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned after the 30-day return period.

YuZuBlend reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the requirements of this policy.
